# Card Campaigns in React Native

> Install and initialize the MoEngage Cards plugin for React Native, build custom card views, and review the card payload.

Cards are persistent messages that live inside your app, usually as an inbox or newsfeed. The Cards plugin ships separately from the main React Native plugin, so install and initialize it before you render anything.
